For furniture delivery & collection, I do everything in person.

I love meeting customers and I also love a road trip, usually timing delivery trips when possible to coincide with antique & vintage fairs en route.

I charge the following delivery fees depending on distance:

• Free within 20 miles of our base NR21 7JP
• £35 between 20 and 100 miles
• £90 for all distances over 100 miles

If congestion charges or toll fees are payable these will be added & charged at the time of booking.

Payment is taken upon confirmed booking.

If delivery is not possible upon arrival, unfortunately I am unable to refund the delivery fee & a new delivery date will need to be arranged.

If you would like to visit my workshop near Fakenham in Norfolk to drop off or collect your furniture you are most welcome. I do ask however, that this is pre-arranged so I know when you are coming and can be sure to be there.

Postage

For all smaller decorative objects purchased on the website I use Parcelforce 2nd class tracked and the price is included in the purchase price displayed on the website for each item.

I aim to pick, pack & ship within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

Delivery is normally 3 to 4 days after purchase.

If a different courier or faster delivery is required please contact me before purchasing to review alternatives.

At the moment I am unable to ship items overseas and so if you are not from mainland UK and would like to purchase something, you would need to organise collection. If this is the case, please contact me in the first instance to discuss.
