A beautiful and quirky raised 3D ceramic plaque designed by Swedish Designer Arne Maryd dated and signed by the artist on the back (see photo).
The piece is entitled "Kvartetten" which translates as "quartet" and was created while Maryd was working at the Hoganas studio in the 1970s.
There is a copper wire that has been embedded into the back for easy it to be easily hung on the wall or could equally be displayed on a table stand or even lay flat.
Very collectable and quite rare to find
Measures 28cm x 19cm and is 2.5cm thick with a further 2.5cm raised design.
