A lovely little rustic pine table with a single drop leaf to the top and a small drawer to one end with a wooden knob coloured to match the top.
Originally this small table would have had two drop leafs but the other side was too far gone to save.
The top has been sanded smooth and darkened with 3 coats of dark wax to give it a lovely strong finish that is slightly buffed. The body and legs have been painted with 2 coats in a fine chalk paint, colour Provence, over two undercoats, colour Old White and then lightly distressed by scraping back the top coats and ageing with a clear & black wax.
