A pair of early 10 point wrought iron crampons & stamped with the makers mark but due to the ware is not possible to read other than words FUIMES and Made in Austria. (see photo) Age likely to be early 1900s.
While these would be of great interest to a collector of mountaineering antique & vintage items they could also be used decoratively hanging from a wall to hang small items such as key rings or kitchenware. To the untrained eye they have a slightly macabre look
